     Fehr Graham originated in 1973 in  Freeport, Illinois when Allen Fehr and Joseph Graham, both professional engineers, realized they could rely on each other’s strengths to form a consulting firm.

     Fehr Graham emphasizes a client-first approach to project management. Our partnership with the city of Rockford’s Water Division has won the 2017 Confluence Award by the Rockford Chamber of Commerce, which was announced on Dec. 7.  Fehr Graham and the city are devoted to transparency and improving the community we live, work and play in.
