New Chancellor of Germany

Adolf Hitler, leader of the National Socialist German Workers Party, the Nazi Party, was named Chancellor of Germany, on January 30, 1933.

  

Hitler’s rise as chancellor marked a  decisive turning point for Germany and for the world.
