National Association (AGC) shares our birth-year. 1918 heralded a dramatic change in America. Our troops returned from war in a theater that opened their eyes to new ways and cultures.

At home, we were liberated by the automobile and buoyed by a strong war-time economy (soon to implode).

America was racing toward being the most influential nation in the world and the AGC was coordinating its largest industry (construction).
